The Customer must follow the water care procedures set out by the dealer, including the application of Crystal Clean products. You are required to drain and refill your spa every 3 to 4 months. Crystal Clean products must be purchased from the dealer or from the Crystal Clean 123 website. The Warranty applies to new spas or spas purchased in the last 18 months from the time of registration and takes effect at the end of the spa manufacturer’s warranty. The Warranty will replace jets (parts only, excluding labor) that fail. The Warranty coverage specifically excludes jet bodies. The Warranty coverage excludes jets that fail as a result of abuse, neglect, or from failure to maintain required water care procedures including the continued and ongoing use of the Crystal Clean 123 system or the Frog @ease system during the warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, proof of purchase of Crystal Clean products during the warranty period from the original dealer is required to validate the claim. Crystal Clean 123, at its discretion, may choose to reimburse the dealer for the retail cost of the jet or to provide the replacement jet to the dealer. This warranty, its rights, and obligations are transferable to subsequent owners of the spa. Claims under the Warranty can be initiated by contacting your Crystal Clean 123 dealer.
